Dr. Yan Xueling is currently an associate professor at the School of Economics, Sichuan University, specializing in labor economics. She obtained her doctoral degree from Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou, China, in 2016, and worked as a visiting scholar at Harvard University from 2019 to 2022. She is currently leading several research projects in the field of labor economics and has published numerous high-quality articles in both domestic and international journals.
