Dr. Asima Ranjan Parhi is Professor of English and Coordinator, International Office at Utkal University, Odisha, India. He is the author of the book Indian English through Newspapers and is published in journals like Translation Today, Indian Literature, Journal of English and Foreign Languages and Studies in Humanities and Social Sciences. He was also an Associate (Resident Fellow) of the Indian Institute of Advanced Study, Shimla and is currently working on a book to be published from the Sahitya Akademi. His areas of interest include Translation and Children’s literature.
