Daniela Farto Baptista holds a Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD in Law. She is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, where she teaches Commercial Law and Company Law in the undergraduate Law programme, as well as Securities Law, Capital Markets Law, and Banking Law in the Master’s in Law and the Master’s in Law and Management. She is the Coordinator of the Postgraduate Programme in Securities Law and Banking Law and a member of the Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law.
