Rakel is a professional with an extensive multidisciplinary experience. BA in communication from UFRJ and a master’s degree in multimedia from the University of Porto, with an emphasis on Arts. Her academic journey includes researching the adaptation of literature for film and theater and exploring the use of immersive narratives for social awareness. She has over 15 years of experience in the creative industry as a curator, artistic director, and project manager. Since 2017, she has been the creator and artistic director of the immersive installment “InCômodos”, focused on women’s violence and gender equality. Her research interests lie in the use of multimedia and immersive narratives for social awareness and the use of Arts methodologies for research and social impact outcomes.
